Do you ship worldwide?

It's your lucky day! SADSMILE.CO is currently offering worldwide shipping on all of our orders! Be sure to take advantage of worldwide shipping before our policy changes next year! SADSMILE.CO is committed to packaging and shipping orders to anyone in our community but with taxes and international relations always changing we don't see it staying like this for long! 

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses. Due to limited staff processing and handling can take anywhere from 2-4 working days and shipping can take anywhere from 10-20 working days.  Most packages, unless they are exclusive releases, come with a tracking number and text updates as it is processed and shipped to you! The good news is that most customers do receive packages earlier than their expected date.  Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal and weather delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs natural disasters may cause further postal delays.  Tracking information, including carriers are provided with every order except Instagram exclusive releases.  If your order does not arrive due to postal complications that are out of our control SADSMILE.CO will assist you in recovering the package as best as possible!  However, we do not take responsibility for any complication that is out of our control.  

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

All orders, except Instagram exclusives, will come with a tracking number and text updates on your order.  Some additional delays may arise, such as weather, postal or even customs inspections.  Under those circumstances, we do not take responsibility.  We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding! 

What if my order is lost in the mail?

Each SADSMILE.CO order is sent out with insured shipping and handling to prevent loss of packages.  If your order happens to be lost, stuck at customs or returned to us in any way, we have your back!  The postal service is out of our control once the package leaves our warehouse.  However, if something along these lines happens we will try our best to send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to your shipping situation.

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes? 

All prices on our website are displayed in USD and taxes will be displayed at the time of purchase depending on where you are globally.  However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay forties and taxes once you receive your order.  Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs officials. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes will not be covered by us and are fully your responsibility. We are notable for delays caused by your customs department.  For further information please reach out to your local customs office.  

Extended delays

In some instances, the delivery and handling times may take longer than our policy states.  If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything in our power to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
